Healthy Ladoos for kids 🙂
Ingredients
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Sugar powder 1/2 cup
- Melt Ghee 1/3
- Edible gum powder 1 spoon
- Badam 12 piece (Powder)
- Cardamon powder 1/2tsp
Recipe
- Put ghee in pan and roast wheat flour until it’s become golden. Keep stirring continuously to avoid burning. (Slow flame)
- Then, Add edible gum powder, it will roast in wheat flour only in 2 minutes. Keep aside to cool.
- After that add sugar powder along with cardamon powder.
- Then, Add badam powder.
- Mix properly and shape them like  small Ladoo.
- Store in an airtight container.
